Passionate about people and creating spaces they will enjoy, Jason uses his creativity and organizational skills to take a big picture concept to the most detailed level of constructability. His strengths include being a good listener and communicator while working with clients, the design team, and the construction team. He delivers projects within budget and schedule while honoring well thought out design. Jason has over a decade of industry experience in a variety of project types, including commercial, office, education, collegiate, performance, worship, health care, senior living, restoration, sports, and residential.
Upon entering the industry over a decade ago, Derek discovered his affinity was within the construction process. With a passion for seeing things come together, he enjoys engaging in the process at the detail level, working through the nitty gritty until the initial vision becomes a finished project. His propensity to create, infuses his ideas of architecture and the built environment, arriving at solutions that fit the needs and personality of the end user. Derek’s pursuit to understand mechanization drives his desire to engage a client throughout the process of a project. His attention to craft and detail results in a functional, buildable, and tangible reality.
Davis is an architect driven by a desire to design environments that elevate everyday experiences. He approaches each project with a strong sense of purpose—balancing creativity, clarity, and constructability to shape spaces that are both meaningful and practical. With a collaborative mindset, Davis works closely with clients, consultants, and builders to ensure that each design decision supports project goals and reflects the needs of its users. His work is grounded in thoughtful design and technical precision, and he is committed to delivering projects that are efficient, enduring, and responsive to context.
As a registered Architect, Eryn has the years of experience it takes to deliver a built project, but it’s her talent in creating color graphic representations of interior and exterior 3-D images and renderings that sets her apart. She loves to help clients arrive at the “ah-ha” moment during the design process where they can see the design come alive. This provides a sense of confidence in the design that just can’t be accomplished through flat black and white drawings. In addition to this, Eryn’s interest and technical approach to color theory, spatial relationships, and general problem solving offer a highly sought after skill set to our team.
Spatial design and details have long been a passion of Joelle’s. She loves to see projects transform from ideas and sketches on paper to real world places people want to experience. Working hard to truly understand the wants and needs of each client, she seeks to tailor each project to their unique situation. Joelle excels in coming alongside clients and other designers to find and fill in the missing pieces to complete a project.
Beth studied Business Management at Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. As an entrepreneur in the coffee industry, her passion for customer service and hospitality made her a natural part of our team. When she is not busy helping our office run smoothly, Beth enjoys biking, gardening, and spending time with family.
