Formerly the Iowa Electric Light and Power Company, this beautifully restored building has become home to our Avec offices.  A 1953 facelift resulted in the yellow brick veneer and structural design. We completely renovated the space including the main floor office spaces, kitchen/break room and restroom spaces, mezzanine above, and our gorgeous basement conference room area. The historic ceiling tin has been fully restored along with wood floors and refurbished brick and stone in the basement.
